Chris Ferguson

Chief Executive Officer

Chris opened Disney stores in China in the early 1990s before becoming COO of the Franklin L Haney Company. In 2011, he launched Shoulder 2 Shoulder (S2S), which provided custom technology training solutions to various US government departments. S2S operated globally, including in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Europe, when Chris left in 2018 to start Codigo MX.

Edith has over 15 years of experience in IT recruiting and HR having worked for multinational companies including LG Electronics, AN Global, IC Intracom, Gillette Mexico, Telefonica, and Grupo TI. Edith graduated from ITESM CEM with a degree in Business Administration and Organizational Human Development / Human Resources in 1999.

FABIO LUJAN

Dev Ops Lead

Fabio brings over 20 years of software development, process management and agile methodologies to CodigoMX.


Through his experience working for companies such as iTexico and Dell Perot Systems as well as his active participation as a faculty member at the Autonomous University of Guadalajara, Fabio provides expert advice on business intelligence, software architecture, customer service and information security.

Since completing his PhD in Spanish at New York University (2006), Kevin has taught at institutions including Williams College and the University of Washington and brings his interest and research in language, culture, history and their relationship to technology and geopolitics to support the bi-cultural value at the core of the company.
